Oh. My. God.

Okay… the results are pretty cool, but this is what CONVERSATIONS are for. Why not just talk to candidates and ask them questions that relate to the actual job and the company’s culture?

Your personality might differ day by day or project by project. Just because you “prefer” one way of working doesn’t mean you’re incapable of adapting! God.

That personality test should have concluded with a phone call to discuss whether you’re a good fit for the role. I can’t believe it was used to exclude you without any follow up… but it’s nice that they sent you the results.
