Thank you for commenting — I realize that I was pretty unclear about the timeline of when I didn’t have internet at all vs. when I started using a hotspot. I made a brief revision to the article to make this clearer. I never said that I gave up the internet entirely — just that I gave up being connected 24/7. I’m not sure that I could give up the internet entirely since I started working from home, but it was a worthwhile experience for me.
