Very well put. I agree. It seems that the feelings of “this is insurmountable” dissipate with time as developers get into a good rhythm and figure out how to do the majority of what they need to do. Perhaps some of these feelings of apprehension come from not knowing what to learn and what to prioritize in the early days…
